Abstract: One of the most debated and researched aspects of environmental sustainability concerns the issue of climate change. This paper will review the literature on the individual difference correlates of climate change beliefs (CC), seen as a central aspect of environmental sustainability. It will look at how attitudes and beliefs are measured; the demographic, ideological, and personality correlates of these beliefs; and the research on how they can be changed. This is a rapidly developing area of applied research.
