Abstract: In this study, it is tried to determine the financial literacy level of the associate degree students. The main hypothesis of the study is that the level of financial literacy is a skill students can acquire through education literacy. In this study, the relationship between the financial literacy levels of students from different vocational schools of associate degree in Kırklareli University is taken as a comparative study in the field of finance-related courses and the programs that do not take courses on finance. In June 2018, the data collected through the questionnaire were used to determine the level of knowledge in financial management and risk management. It was found that the students who took finance, banking, and international finance courses had higher level of financial literacy knowledge and behaviors than the students who did not take finance and similar courses. On the other hand, it is concluded that the financial literacy levels of the associate students are low, they do not have sufficient knowledge and conscious spending and saving behavior in financial decision making and money management. Therefore, it is possible to say that the students will be educated about financial literacy at an early age and the country will contribute to a more conscious financial behavior and contribute to economic growth and development.
