Abstract: In an ever-changing and developing world, businesses need to gain a competitive advantage for their survival. Learning is a fundamental concept for businesses to gain a competitive advantage. In this context, learning should have an organizational feature and be internalized by the employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational learning on relationship orientation, logistic service efficiency, and performance dimensions, and their effects on the organization. The sample of the study consists of logistics companies which operate in Istanbul. The findings of the analysis provide an improvement in relationship sharing, communication orientation, and improvement in organizational sharing and communication, which are indicators of organizational learning. An improvement in connection, in the relationship orientation, the increase in intra-organizational sharing, and communication will also increase the efficiency of logistics services. Progress in the effectiveness of logistics services will lead to a high level of increase in firm performance.
