ANALYSIS OF GRADUATE THESIS WRITTEN IN TURKEY ON JOB COMMITMENT

Abstract: The aim of this study is to try to determine how the concept of job commitment, which is one of the important study topics of management and organization, is reflected in graduate theses. Theses in the study; Types, years, universities, related departments, languages, research methods, samples, sample sizes, variables they work with, place of the variable in the model, total number of variables and English titles. In addition, the confusion about the English equivalent of the concept has also been evaluated. It has been determined that a total of 41 theses have been written on the subject between 1996-2022. In addition, it has been determined that there are very few doctoral theses on job engagement, all theses are written using the quantitative research method, and the subject is generally studied as a dependent variable.
