Abstract:
This study covers the examination of 6 postgraduate theses published on the subject of organizational pride in the National Thesis Center database. The publication year, type, university, subject, field of application, participants, method, data collection tools, scales and analysis programs were examined in the theses. The first study was conducted in 2012, and in the following years, it was observed that there was an increase in theses written especially at the master's level. Although most of the studies are in the field of business administration, there are only two theses in the field of education. Most theses were written in state universities, only two belong to private universities (Hasan Kalyoncu). In terms of method, only one of the theses is mixed and the others are quantitative. In the use of the scale, apart from the original scales, the Cable and Turban (2003) scale was preferred the most, and the concept of organizational pride was associated with "organizational support, psychological ownership, green organizational behavior, corporate reputation, green transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, emotional commitment, innovative work behavior, corporate belonging". The findings, based on the scope of the analyzed postgraduate theses, indicate the need for future studies employing qualitative and mixed methods with more diverse samples.
