Abstract: The articles discusses the teaching of Economics on higher education and programmes in Denmark, identifying some of the difficulties involved and making suggestions as to how these might be overcome. The article refers to general literature on teaching and learning, to specific literature on the teaching of Economics and to the author's own observations.
