Having become one of the world leaders in the second half of XX century, Japan has retained all the basic features of a front man, while the global leadership today is much more "expensive" and is much more difficult to achieve. The paper analyses the contribution of Foresight to Japan’s staying at the top. Note: Downloadable document is in Russian
