Autonomous Institutions in the Science Sector: the Assessment of Blue-Chip Movables

Abstract: Federal law on Autonomous Institutions that governs its creation and functioning in social sphere, was adopted in November 2006 after three years of discussions between the authorities and professional societies. The complexity of the practical implementation of the law that its provisions require a thoughtful and detailed co-ordination in the departmental regulations. In particular, it concerns the category of "particularly valuable asset, which is used in the law and transmitted to an autonomous institution with the limited economic turnover, and certainly has a substantial industry-specific.
