Abstract:
The analytical material is devoted to the demanded skills and competencies of ICT and robotics teachers. The differentiation of demand for teachers of ICT and robotics in the context of types of educational organizations is analyzed. A comparative analysis of the salary offered for the candidate for the position of teachers is carried out. The data source was job vacancies posted on the portal hh.ru. Technical competencies of ICT and robotics teachers are most in demand. In addition to them, there is a group of pedagogical competencies, as well as interpersonal communication skills and workflow organization. Teachers of ICT are more often required in general education organizations; teachers of robotics and technology – in organizations of additional education. More than half of all vacancies for ICT and robotics teachers are in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, as well as in the Moscow and Leningrad regions. The percentage of vacancies that involve working in rural areas is small.
