Monitoring of Education Markets and Organizations (MEMO), 2022, issue 28, 1-31

Abstract: The information bulletin discusses the current problems and future prospects of university science in Russia. It focuses on staffing, funding, state of major scientific equipment and digitalization of R&D in Russian universities, as well as their strategies for building cooperation both within and beyond the science sector. Empirically, the study is based on the survey of heads of university departments, conducted by HSE University within the framework of the "Monitoring of Education Markets and Organizations" in 2020–2021.
