Monitoring of Education Markets and Organizations (MEMO), 2022, issue 3, 1-32

Abstract: The information bulletin is devoted to the study of the modern system of training and advanced training of vocational education teachers. A comprehensive analysis of the human capital of employees implementing professional educational programs has been carried out, and key challenges associated with its increase have been identified. The research is based on the results of VET teachers and masters of industrial training survey conducted in 2020 as part of the Monitoring the Economics of Education project, as well as data from federal statistical observations, Monitoring the quality of training and the WorldSkills Russia Academy.
