Feedback regulation of logistic growth

Abstract:
Sufficient conditions are obtained for the global asymptotic stability of the positive equilibrium of a regulated logistic growth with a delay in the state feedback of the control modelled by d n ( t ) d t = r n ( t ) [ 1 − ( a 1 n ( t ) + a 2 n ( t − τ ) K ) − c u ( t ) ] d n ( t ) d t = − a u ( t ) + b n ( t − τ ) where u denotes an indirect control variable, r , a 2 , τ , a , b , c ∈ ( 0 , ∞ ) and a 1 ∈ [ 0 , ∞ ) .
