K -theory for Cuntz-Krieger algebras arising from real quadratic maps

Abstract:

We compute the K -groups for the Cuntz-Krieger algebras 𝒪 A 𝒦 ( f μ ) , where A 𝒦 ( f μ ) is the Markov transition matrix arising from the kneading sequence 𝒦 ( f μ ) of the one-parameter family of real quadratic maps f μ .
