Novel Oscillation Conditions for Second-Order Damped Differential Equations With Bounded and Unbounded Neutral Terms

Serpil Åžahin

Journal of Mathematics, 2025, vol. 2025, 1-8

Abstract: This paper examines the oscillatory behavior of solutions to a class of second-order damped differential equations with both bounded and unbounded neutral coefficients. Sufficient conditions are established for ensuring that all solutions exhibit oscillatory behavior. The findings presented here are novel, enhancing and extending several known oscillation criteria in the existing literature. Illustrative examples are provided, along with suggestions for future research.
