Abstract: This work examines the behaviour of neutrosophic ideals within the framework of Artinian rings. A key finding shows that a ring with unity is left (or right) Artinian if and only if every neutrosophic left (or right) ideal takes only finitely many possible values. From this perspective, the study provides a characterization of Artinian rings based on the properties of their neutrosophic ideal structures. Building on this insight, the methodological part develops an AI-oriented mechanism for handling uncertain information. The procedure encodes data in a neutrosophic format and incorporates the structural constraints of ideals in unital Artinian rings, specifically the boundedness of their attainable values, to guide how the classification model interprets and organizes uncertainty.
