Improved Bounds for Restricted Isometry Constants

Jiabing Ji and Jigen Peng

Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2012, vol. 2012, 1-6

Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to establish improved bounds for restricted isometry constants δ k . Our results, to some extent, improve and extend the well-known bound ( δ k < 0.307 ) in (Cai et al., 2010) to δ k < 0.308 .
