Abstract:
Under the background of the innovation-driven development strategy of the sports industry, the insufficient efficiency of the transformation of science and technology achievements has become a key bottleneck restricting the extension of the sports technology value chain. This study takes the transformation projects of sports science and technology achievements in China as sample data. It constructs a four-dimensional performance evaluation system for the transformation of sports science and technology achievements, including expected goal achievement, leadership in input–output, leadership in science and technology, and enduring life cycle. The realization mechanism of sports science and technology achievement transformation performance was revealed through the multiple regression model. Empirical results show that the transformation performance of industrial economic achievements shows a significant leap due to their strong market adaptability and high degree of industrial chain integration. However, the achievements in mass sports achievements are constrained by fragmented demands and the absence of business models, resulting in relatively lagging transformation performance. The research results have expanded the interpretive boundaries of the transformation of science and technology achievements theory in the field of sports science and technology management, constructed a research framework for the transformation of sports science and technology achievements, and provided theoretical reference and new paths for improving the performance of the transformation of science and technology achievements in the sports field and promoting the high-quality development of sports science and technology products.
