Abstract: In this paper, we derive explicit determinantal representation formulas of general, Hermitian, and skew-Hermitian solutions to the generalized Sylvester matrix equation involving - Hermicity over the quaternion skew field within the framework of the theory of noncommutative column-row determinants.
