Abstract: Recently, the warm mixing modified ultrathin abrasive layer has been paid great attention due to the green energy-saving strength. In regard to its durability, the study of the fatigue behavior of the SMC warm mixing modified ultrathin abrasive layer asphalt mixture was carried out under the strain controlling mode. The relationship among all characteristic parameters (bending stiffness modulus, normalized times, and products phase angle) and stress cycle times showed a similar three-stage change process, except for the accumulative dissipated energy. The transition point (Nf) between the second (RDEC2) and the third stage (RDEC3) was assumed to be the characteristic fatigue cracking sign for the SMC warm mixing modified ultrathin abrasive layer. In that case, supported by multiobjective system, the relative change of dissipation energy, rather than the 50% initial stiffness, was regarded as the appropriate fatigue cracking criteria.
