A Study on the patent application strategy for China from the viewpoint of the patent application procedure and patent application conditions in China

Abstract: This paper examines strategies for patent applications in China, focusing on the differences between Chinese patent law and Japanese patent law about the process of filling patent applications and the data on the number of patent applications to China in various technology fields. Strategies for patent applications in China for Japanese companies are proposed taking account of differences between Chinese patent law and Japanese patent law and the viewpoint of patent application data.
