Abstract: Both consumption and production creates waste. In an economy of the raw materials and materials, builds waste, and natural resources are in decline continuously as long as standstill economic activity. When the economic activity and the population are in increase, which were evident by the time Boulding and developed theory, both scarcity and problem waste will worsening. In a context spaceship this situation cannot continue because waste must be well managed and natural resources must be well protected. To this end, there are carries on business recycling. Our long-term survival depends on appropriate management of this activity.
