Abstract: In the last two decades, in Europe there were a lot of different national management models, acting in a specific environment, so-called the European business environment. The more intense integration processes, as well as the influence of globalization, have determined important changes. To speak of a European management is necessary to identify a European identity of the strategies adopted by European companies but also all components of a European identity management system in the businesses. It is necessary to identify specific ways of European decision making, the performance of the management, motivation of personnel, organizational structure, change planning, implementation and evaluation.
