Exploring Educational Administration: The Relationship between Leadership and Management

Abstract: There have been many on-going debates on the agreement to the meaning of administration, leadership and management. This paper explores the distinctions between educational administration, educational leadership and educational management and what are entailed in terms of their differences and similarities in nature.
