Investigating the Effects of Business Strategies on Supply Chain in Esfahan Zobahan Complex

Abstract: The aim of this study is "investigating the effects of business strategies on supply chain in Esfahan Zobahan Complex". Data were collected by using a questionnaire with the help of statistical software SPSS and LISREL statistical test such as the Kolmogorov–Smirnov, regression test, ANOVA test, Friedman test and test meaningful relationships (T-Value) is analyzed. The study sample consisted of all managers and assistants of Esfahan Zobahan Complex which is more than 103 people, that due to the whole of the statistical population of all the methods of total number has been used. The results indicate that the reduced cost leadership, differentiation, focusing on supply chain affects the Esfahan Zobahan Complex.
