Overview of School Management

Abstract: The recent period is filled with a series of events that will require a long time to highlight the general economic and social conditions in our country. This transition requires an educational technology upgrades, modernization and equipping of educational institutions, scientific research according to internationally accepted standards. Competition in the labor market inevitably will sharpen competition between institutions in this field, which will inevitably lead to increasing the quality and modernity of educational supply. From that depends the financial condition assessment and educational institutions, research. Due to the new environment of market behavior requires changes in all spheres of functioning of these institutions. The need for more effective management of secondary school aims to enable the acquisition of modern knowledge necessary for employment, further education, higher education, colleges and academies, for an active life in modern conditions, daily life, the work of the individual in society.
