The Role of Knowledge Management Applications in The Adoption of E-Business in Business Organizations (An Empirical Study in the information technology companies in Jordan)

Abstract:
This study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management applications in the adoption of e-business in business organizations. In this study, the analytical descriptive method was adopted to analyze and extrapolate the results, through seeking the views of (193) employees in the information technology companies in Jordan. The objectives of the study were achieved through design questionnaire to gather preliminary information from the sample of study has been using the statistical package of Social Sciences (SPSS) For data analysis. The study found that the level of the employees assessment (the study of sample) to the knowledge management dimensions, was high, as the study showed a significant moral impact of knowledge management in adoption of e-business in the information technology companies in Jordan.
