Abstract:
The study aimed to provide a theoretical framework for human resources from the Quranic perspective and some of literatures from the perspective of contemporary administrative though, to identify the aspects of convergence between them and relieved the universality of Islamic thought and its ability to adopt application and applicative in anytime and anywhere. The study was based on a qualitative method through analysis and deduction, and the highlighted the finding of the study.
