Transformational Leadership among School Principals in Malaysia

Abstract: In the field of education, transformational leadership is a leadership style that is practiced in schools. This is very important because the principals are leaders for their schools. As leaders, they must translate the vision and mission to become a reality. Researcher want to identify the level of leadership is practiced among the principals in Malaysia. The instrument will be used in the questionnaire the researcher of this study is "Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire" (MLQ).
