This article is intended to determine the relationship between performance appraisal and job performance empirically and theoretically. The paper is a general review of the academic literature and Human Resources Management.There is a positive relationship between performance appraisal and job performance based on theoritical and empirical studies.This paper theoretically and empirically discusses or studies the relationship between performance appraisal and job performance
