A Review Theory of Transformational Leadership for School

Abstract: Transformational theory has been widely used in school leadership system in Malaysia. Transformational leadership style influences the development and success of a school. This article discusses the theories of transformational that are often used in a study of leadership of leaders of schools in Malaysia.
