Exploring the Role between E-Learning and Students’ Skills

Abstract: E-Learning has grown rapidly in recent years and continues to grow. Technology has played a large role in the growth of E-Learning and has made an impact on student's Skills. E-Learning is an important factor that helps to improve student's skills and knowledge growth and development, by continues changing on technology students can enter to take any information they need to and make it easy to find by a successful and easy way, So the purpose for this paper is to emphasis the role of technology – especially – the internet in education today, and the important of three components: technology infrastructure ,Environmental Adoption and Governments Regulations for success E-learning process.
