The Impact of Mediating Role of Job Security between Work-Family Conflict and Employee Welfare Service

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to check the impact of work-family conflict and how it can be control. Data is analyses through Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21.The respondents of this research are employees in banking sectors located in Faisalabad. The sample size is two hundred out of which 180 is considered. The hypothesis generated for the study was tested at 0.05.Data is analyzed through descriptive and inferential tests on the responses gathered. The results of this study showed that there is a insignificant relationship between work-family conflict and Employee welfare service. Work-family conflict has negative relation with employee welfare service. The results also signifies that job security partially mediate the relationship between work-family conflict and employee welfare service. This research also presents conclusion, recommendations, and implications for future research.
