Relationship between the Use of Humor Styles and Innovative Behavior of Executives in a Real Estate Company

Abstract: The main objective of this study was to examine the relationship between humor styles and innovative behavior of Thai executives in a chosen real estate company. Modified versions of Humor Style Questionnaire (HSQ) and Innovative Work Behavior Scale (IWB) were used as the instruments for data collection. Participants were collected from fifty-two executives in all hierarchical levels in a real estate company listed in Stock Exchange of Thailand.
