Abstract: The author has estimated the current state of public experimental farm 'Pasichna' logistics and substantiated the general normative requirements of investing into the fixed capital for effective manufacture of hop. In his opinion, development of science-based norms of the necessity to make investments will help solve the problem of technological upgrade of hop industry. Methodological basis of definition of requirement of investments into the fixed capital on hop manufacture are covered in the article. The standard requirement of investments into the fixed capital and the standard capital intensity of hop for the forest-steppe areas of Ukraine have been established
