Modern Technologies of Agrarian Business Venture Financing

Abstract: The article is devoted to study of features and prerequisites of venture investing of business, possibilities of modern tools and technologies of risk financing of companies, and substantiation of recommendations for their efficient application in agrarian sector of national economy. Interaction procedures between venture capital and business are disclosed. Comparative analysis of modern risk financing tools is made, in particular, venture investment funds, business-angels of investment projects and crowdfunding. Expediency of various venture financing technologies is estimated depending on specific needs and certain stages of business development. Distinctions between collective and individual venture investing are considered and also the reasons why application of risk capital for financial provision of agricultural companies is restrained. The measures are suggested for wider venture investing in agrarian sphere; in particular, recommendations are formulated for improvement of legislative framework of venture capital functioning and tax stimulation of venture investors.
