Accents of Development of Innovative Companies of the Food Complex in the Movable Unstable System of Economy of Ukraine

Abstract:
The article is devoted to defining the causes of failure of innovative business to maintain stable economic growth of own companies. There are studied historical trends and international experience of innovative development of big business. There are defined factors that impede effective sustainable business growth due to innovation. There are discovered and proved the signs which we should focus on when forming innovation policy of development of food complex companies in terms of the movable unstable system of economy of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of multinational companies. It is shown that today the strategies of acquisitions of large foreign companies are not consistent with the goals of their growth. According to the author, winning all sectors of the food industry by foreign companies can be dangerous for the country's future. There is explained the necessity to create rapid innovation that in current conditions get new nature. There are formulated practical recommendations for the survival of small and medium business in terms of the movable unstable system of economy of Ukraine.
