Abstract:
The article is devoted to development of the methods for integral evaluation of land resource management in the economy agrarian sector. The study is made using the following approaches: monographic, abstract-logical, sociological, economics-and-statistics. On the basis of systematization of land resource entities (microagents, miniagents, general agents, state, regional and global agents), parameters (absolute, relative, dynamic, expert-related, multiplicative and aggregated) types of efficiency (economic, social, ecological) top-10 factors are evaluated which have significant impact on land resource management in the economy agrarian sector. The identified factors are ranged depending on their impact level. The methods are proposed for aggregated and simplified determination of the integral index of land resource management efficiency. The evaluation results obtained with the help of these methods may be used in scenario modeling and short-term prognostication of land resource management process.
