Abstract: The purpose of the article is substantiations of proposals as to improvement of documentary support for accounting process in agricultural servicing cooperatives. On the basis of analysis of the document forms approved by the state authorities, the status of documentary support for accounting in cooperatives is estimated. It is found that the documentary support for accounting in agricultural servicing cooperatives needs improvement in three main directions of business operations: 1) formation of share and indivisible fund; 2) payments for rendered services to cooperative members; 3) distribution of yearly business results in the part of cooperative payoffs and payoffs per shares. To improve the documentary support for accounting process in agricultural servicing cooperatives, it is proposed to keep the register of coop members, membership cards and the pay sheet of calculations and payoffs per shares. The procedure of documenting of the operations with service rendering to the coop members is described. To author's opinion, practical implementation of independently worked out document forms would conduce to better control of cooperative business performance.
