Abstract:
This article is devoted to the deepening of theoretical principles of bank deposit policy by analyzing the nature, principles and stages of formation and implementation of deposit policy in the context of dynamic changes in the economic environment. The analysis and grouping of scientific approaches to the interpretation of the essence of bank deposit policy is held. It was determined that under deposit policy it is often understood the system of management solutions that allow formation of bank financial resources and are divided into strategic (provide long-term achievement of aims by bank) and tactical (provide bank implementation of short-term aims). The primary objective is to ensure sufficient liquidity level for bank institution, required for conduction of active operations. Principles of bank deposit policy implementation are disclosed. It was highlighted and described the main stages of deposit policy implementation, including negative trends, occurring in the deposit market.
