Abstract: The purpose of the article is to substantiate scientific framework for creation of the financial support portfolio for competitive position of the entity based on multi-modular polycriterial approach. It clears up theoretical aspects for creation of financial support of competitive position of entities. It identifies circumstances to be regarded by the entity in the course of creation of financial support of its competitive position. The scientific approaches to development of the entities' financial support strategies are reviewed. It is found that each entity, in view of its objective and market particulars, should develop own portfolio of strategies for financial support of its competitive position, which is an integral component of interrelated and interdependent modules. The multi-modular polycriterial approach shall constitute the methodological basis for creation and implementation of the balanced portfolio of strategies of financial support for competitive position of the entity. It stipulates development of creative solutions in relation to financial support based on problem structuring, ranging and detection of priorities.
