Economic-Ecological Analysis of Conservation Measures for the Restoration of Forest Resources

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the economic-ecological analysis of conservation measures for the restoration of forest resources (namely, measures to increase the ecological potential of forests, to ensure forest management on the basis of sustainable development, measures to increase the sustainability of forest ecosystems, to ensure the protection and secure of forests, measures for the protection and rational the use of hunting fauna and measures to improve the scientific and personnel development of nature conservation activities in the forestry sector), which will make it possible to establish the significance and place of such measures in the forest management system, both at the level of the individual forestry entity and at the sectoral level of the economy as a whole. As a result of studying the significance and content of the terminological concepts of forest resources, the main four groups of environmental measures in forestry have been established, an analysis of their results in recent years has been carried out. The analysis of the results of the State Target Program "Forests of Ukraine" was conducted to determine the effectiveness of environmental protection measures. Four blocks of technical and economic indicators are proposed, which will allow to evaluate the technology of logging (basic production) for environmental safety and non-wastefulness.
