Using Managerial Accounting Tools for Analysis, Control and Operative Regulation of the Foreign Trade Activities of Trading Enterprises

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the comprehensive approach to management accounting for analysis, control and operative regulation of the foreign economic activity of the trading entity. It is found that the management accounting system helps to implement the management function of foreign economic activity of trading entities, which involves expenditures planning and preparation of the cost budget in relation to such activity. For this purpose it analyzed the dynamics and structure of profit, expenses and financial results from foreign economic activity of the trading entity of Ukraine. This provide an opportunity to review the relationship between budgeting and analysis in order to identify their influence on the managerial decision making process in the course of foreign economic activity carried out by trading entities of Ukraine. Application of structural and dynamic, factor and index approaches to analysis of financial results during control over trading entities is found to be effective. It is recommended to improve steady growth in profitability of the trading entity.
