Abstract:
Technology transfer is an important tool for activating innovation activity and implementation of high-tech developments by enterprise. Unfortunately in Ukraine the process of transfer of scientific developments is developing slowly. Therefore, there is a need to develop the technology transfer model in accordance with the peculiarities of the domestic economic environment. So, the study of the diversity of technology transfer models, their evolution is topical. The purpose of the article is to disclose the essence of the transfer of intellectual property objects and the stages of the evolution of technology transfer models. Based on the analysis of the work of various scientists, three main groups of factors affecting the transfer of technology were identified. The standard linear model of technology transfer was disclosed. The tasks providing development of the enterprises and organizations on the basis of scientific and technical progress were justified. The stages of evolution of technology transfer models were systematized. The general principles of the implementation of technology transfer were disclosed. It was proved that the technology transfer model is largely connected with the choice of the commercialization method, which is an integral part of creating a new product or modifying an existing product with the aim of entering the market, and in turn, making a profit. It was revealed that the main signs of achievement the maturity stage by the innovation system are: the formation of the innovative products market; the transformation of intellectual property into one of the most significant elements of economic assets; the development of integration processes, that have innovation orientation; the formation of innovative management as a modern management concept; the transformation of innovation into the main catalyst for investment; the activation of scientific and technological and innovation policies.
