Abstract:
The present research was conducted with the objective of determining the influence of leadership exercised by supervisors in interpersonal relationships that occur between administrative and operational employees of a small business in the metalworking industry. We wish to provide company manager strengthening or improvement alternatives for satisfying the organizational climate. The sampleconsisted of 20 workers who were administered a structured questionnaire, Likert-type scale, consisting of 35 reagents for 7 variables. To achieve the results tabulated data and statistical analysis was used to calculate frequencies, means, contingency coefficients and significance levels.
