BETWEEN RATIONAL TRAINING AND LEARNING TO LEARN ENTRE LA FORMACION RACIONAL Y EL APRENDER A APRENDER

Mario Luis Perossa and Alejandra Elena Marinaro

Revista Global de Negocios, 2014, vol. 2, issue 2, 79-97

Abstract: On daily basis, we make a number of decision regarding purchase, saving, investment and financing. These decisions are influenced by a number of factors or elements. This paper shows the different processes that, consciously or unconsciously, influence an individual’s decision making process. We consider decision theory as it relates to behavior and psychology of the decider. The motivation of the work is based on the importance for those who decide, their education and training. We consider the influence of psychological models on the decider, the deciders own characteristics, environmental conditions, the biases and heuristics. The work investigates various theories and the psychological mechanisms executed when the scope is no longer the everyday. Making decisions requires the creation of new decisions, and the same occurs in conditions of risk and uncertainly.
