Abstract:
This study is a descriptive-correlational, non-experimental design, which follows a mixed model: qualitative-quantitative. The objective is to describe how the offer of wine in tourism activities correlates with the competitiveness of micro, small and medium wineries of the Wine Route of Valle de Guadalupe, in Baja California. The methodological strategy was based on three stages: a) the first was a rigorous selection of the sample for the study; b) second, we designed a measuring instrument for collecting information; and, c) finally, we carried out the data processing and interpretation through statistical tests and content analysis and correlation. We observe weak positive correlation with Spearman (r) coefficient of 0.126 with a significance level of 0.398 between the variables. As a result, we reject the hypothesis, leaving open the possibility for future research on the subject of wine tourism
