Abstract: This paper analyzes the factors Physical Environment and Technology as part of organizational behavior. Our objective is to determine the main differences in subgroups of actors from the Academic Unit of Accounting and Administration at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas. The method applied is frequency analysis. It continues with Spearman correlation analysis and a comparison of characteristics of the various factors submitted for analysis. A questionnaire was applied to members of the Organization. We identified that the difference in perception of the physical environment factor is higher in members of the MBA, despite the observations made by investigators directly. The technology is differentiating mainly for members of the Bachelor of Accounting who perceive this feature has developed processes that impact more in their school. We found differences in perception of organizational behavior among students and teachers. Non-teaching staff have a slightly different approach from the other two groups, highlighting the difference in perception of physical spaces
