Abstract: This study addresses the issue of continuing education and its impact on organizations. The research is conducted to identify and document the impact of continuing education projects provided by the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC) to the public and private sectors in Baja California, Mexico. This study follows from courses taught during the years 2010-2014. Continuing education in Administrative Sciences was studied using indicators such as company´s image, interpersonal relations, economic improvement, productivity, labor relations, product or service and achievement of goals. It is a mixed study, qualitative analysis was carried out by applying the tradition of grounded theory, while the quantitative analysis was performed using descriptive statistics
