Abstract:
The concept of organizational climate is used to determine internal employment relationships. In this way, people can become involved with organizational objectives. Causes for productivity involve all human elements and therefore their behavior, which leads to study its qualities, condition and effect. It is important to heed these elements, offering a comfortable atmosphere to ensure the lasting success in the business environment. This research analyzes the organizational structure of the Hacienda la Chonita, from Cunduacán, Tabasco, Mexico. The hypothesis is that the organizational climate of Hacienda la Chonita is irrelevant, given the relations in the workplace, dealing precisely among the staff with the company and vice versa. However, if it creates a positive organizational climate, there will be greater organizational commitment
