Abstract:
This research analyzes the perception of workers of an institution of higher education organizational climate. We use color to categorize the results into three levels: green indicating positive, indifferent indicates yellow and red as a negative indicator. Statistical analysis is performed by a multivariate probit model. The methodology is quantitative and descriptive character. It is applied to workers in an institution of higher education at different hierarchical levels and different working positions. The results show personal factors that perceived either positively or negatively in the organizational climate such as sex, antique, education level and type of position in general. We tested how probabilistic econometric structure variables such as: sex, level of education, years of antique as well as the administrative position, affect the organizational climate according to perception of workers of the institution studied.
